FluxPay was founded to solve a real problem: European e-commerce merchants — especially fast-growing businesses — face unnecessary friction, opacity, and over-compliance when trying to access payment infrastructure. We're fixing that.

Our story

The European payments landscape is fragmented. Established acquirers are slow to onboard, opaque on pricing, and built for large enterprises. Meanwhile, modern merchants need fast access, API-first tools, and a compliant partner they can trust.

FluxPay was built from the ground up as a Payment Institution — not a reseller, not an aggregator. We applied directly to Lietuvos bankas for a Payment Institution licence because we believe that regulatory accountability is the foundation of trust. When we tell you your funds are safe, it's backed by law, not just a promise.
